SECTION 2: ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must provide correct details. False details may lead to account suspension. You must keep your login information private.

SECTION 3: ORDER PROCESS
You place orders through the BLIME platform only. You must be available to receive your order at the provided delivery address. Unclaimed orders count as completed once delivered to your specified location.

SECTION 4: PAYMENTS
You pay through the platform. You pay delivery fees set by BLIME. All payments must be completed before delivery.

SECTION 5: REFUNDS
Refunds apply only if: the wrong item is delivered, an item arrives damaged, or a vendor fails to prepare the order. Issues must be reported immediately through BLIME support.

SECTION 6: CONDUCT
You must treat vendors, service providers, and drivers with respect. Harassment or abuse will lead to immediate account removal.

SECTION 7: PROHIBITED ACTIONS
You must not request banned items. You must not attempt to move transactions outside the platform. You must not attempt to bypass delivery fees or platform charges.

SECTION 8: LIABILITY
BLIME is a marketplace and is not directly responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by vendor products, though we strictly vet our merchants.

SECTION 9: AGREEMENT
Using BLIME confirms that you accept all rules above. Continued use means you accept future platform updates.
