2. User Accounts

Buyers: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All information provided during checkout must be accurate to ensure proper delivery.

Vendors & Service Providers: You must provide authentic details about your business. BLIME reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities.

3. Marketplace Rules

  • The sale of illegal, harmful, or prohibited items on campus is strictly forbidden.
  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and images.
  • Service Providers must honor bookings made by students and communicate professionally.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments on BLIME are processed securely via Paystack.

  • Product Orders: Funds are held securely until the delivery process is initiated.
  • Service Bookings: Connection/Booking fees (e.g., ₦430) paid to unlock a provider's contact details are non-refundable.
  • Commissions: BLIME deducts a standard platform commission from vendor sales to maintain logistics, ads and server costs.

5. Deliveries & Returns

Our logistics team strives to deliver items swiftly to campus hostels and gates. Delivery times may vary based on vendor preparation time.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact BLIME support within 24 hours of delivery. We will facilitate a resolution between you and the vendor.

6. Limitation of Liability

While BLIME vets vendors and service providers, we do not directly employ them. BLIME acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for direct physical disputes arising between buyers and independent providers.
